By inviting or using LittleWorldBot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. Eligibility and Discord terms
You may use the Bot only if you are permitted to use Discord and comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the Bot to break the law, violate third-party rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse Discord or content-provider systems.
3. Music and third-party content
The Bot helps users access content made available through third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of music and other content is lawful and permitted by the relevant service terms. LittleWorldBot does not own or host that third-party content.
4. Availability and changes
The Bot may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may become unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or changes made by Discord or other third-party services.
5. Disclaimer
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Continuous, secure, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
7. Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms are violated, when use threatens the Bot or its users, or when necessary to comply with legal or platform requirements. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the Bot evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
